Twin Springs - 53 Council - 51

Breaker, Vermillion came out of College and was handed the reins of a powerhouse? Now let's get real here. The powerhouse was the year before when Flick and TS was ousted in the 1st round of the region with Horton and Ervin among others. Scotty came in with most of the talent graduated and had been building for this year for 3 years ever since Webb was in 8th grade. If Twin Springs was such a powerhouse they would have ran GC off the court a couple of years back in the Region. V is at home now but he didn't use TS as a stepping stone for anything as he had planned to be there for some time. Coach Ervin unexpectedly got a step up to Principal and V was offered the job and took it to coach his alma mater. You or I would have done the same thing. And don't put too much stock into he or she said this or that. Because it would be my guess that V would be pulling for TS since GC is out. And to put it straight Vermillion beat JI Burton not once, not twice, but THREE times this year. Coming from 32 points down to win by 7 in the last one. Just wish some of that hot shooting had carried over to the Region [img]frown.gif[/img]

I truly hope Haysi dont make the regionals next year cause when we're on our way to the state playoffs we dont need big afro hairdos standing in our way.

Most people do show respect for fans, I found it funny that OLD men have nothing better to do than pick on kids. I guess it is frustrating when you have lived so long and still can't read.

I didnt see your student section sitting down. We had a right to stand up and if your fans didnt like it they could move but we try to support those girls the best we can. We couldnt do everything we wanted that night because the twin springs fans were busy trying to ruin the spirit. They are truely the worst fans i've seen. You people say that if I want a seat when twin springs is coming I should know to get there early. I'm sorry that I forgot that since the last time they made it this far was 7 DAMN YEARS AGO!

I wouldnt wish bad lucks on the twin springs basketball players at all. I hope they do well this year and next...I just hope all the fans die on the way to the game.

I just found it interesting that you guys would stand in front of your own fans an complain about TS fans being in the same section. This is really getting to be a petty arguement...... have a good life .

The kid from Haysi can't help that his hair is all screwed up, he see's people like Ben Wallace and other players in the NBA and wants to be like them, but obviously he isn't. At least let him wear his hair like they do. He is probably a hard worker and doesn't need to be ridiculed by THE MIGHTY RED"NECK" ARMY! Leave him alone.

I love the Ryan Jones a STUD on and off the field and court.

it isn't just haysi with those sentiments, TS people were in our section both nights and were rude, we told them to go somewhere else and turned back around. there was room for them on the balcony if their section is full.

so we werent disturbing our fans...only yours, so it makes it that much better.

first of all dunduin we dont have the worse fans we have the BEST.

and just to show what a class act scotty is today(tuesday) he came to ts during school hours and gave us a scouting report and breakdown on george wythe and radford. this is after several ts fans gave gc a hard time friday against council just because the fact he coached them. i wish him the best of luck next year and hope to get to play them somewhere along the way....
